I know it can be hard finding the perfect gift for the entrepreneur in your life, but thanks to this hand-selected list of great gift ideas, shopping can be a breeze!
Whether you’re shopping for a business owner, freelancer, blogger, YouTuber, podcaster, online course creator, or social media influencer who works at home, this gift guide will help you buy a meaningful holiday gift, birthday gift, office warming gift, gift for starting a new business, or for any other special occasion.
1. Software, Subscriptions & Online Courses
Many solopreneurs and entrepreneurs who operate with a small team depend on themselves to do nearly everything in their business. Why not purchase an online course or an annual subscription to their favorite tool to help them level up? Here are a few of my favorites, but you could also ask them what tools they would find helpful to personalize the gift.
- Grammarly – This tool helps users write mistake-free in Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any other app you use. Even in text messages. Literally, everyone could benefit from this!
- Canva Pro – This tool is a design tool to create, share, and print marketing collateral. This is essential for bloggers, social media influencers, YouTubers, and other content creators.
- SEMrush – This is an all-in-one tool suite for improving visibility online and discovering marketing insights. This tool is perfect for entrepreneurs who focus on implementing SEO strategies want their content to rank on the top pages of Google.
- Dubsado – Dubsado is a CRM & business management solution designed to cut out the busywork. This tool is perfect for creative entrepreneurs and service-based businesses who need to create quotes, send contracts, schedule appointments, and create workflows to streamline projects from start to finish.
These are just a few; you can also the full list of the Top Tools I Recommend For A Thriving Business.

Tech Gifts For Entrepreneurs
Every busy entrepreneur and aspiring business owner depends on technology and gadgets on a daily basis to make their business thrive, so why not splurge and give them the tools they need to take their business to the next level?
2. Laptop
Because a good-quality laptop is the number one tool any business owner will need to grow online, it’s important to invest in a laptop that will last for years. I personally use and recommend the 13” Apple MacBook Pro Laptop, but if you prefer using Microsoft, my husband (who’s an IT Consultant by trade) uses and recommends the 16” Lenovo Yoga Laptop, which has similar specs. Learn more about it here:
3. Wireless, Rechargeable Mouse
There’s nothing more annoying than using that tiny laptop square as your mouse all day. Mac users would love Apple’s Magic Mouse 2 or for a versatile mouse that works with either Macs or PCs, you can’t go wrong with the Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse. The Logitech mouse is the brand my husband and I both use and we absolutely love it. We can even sync the mouse up with both of our computers and toggle seamlessly between machines with the click of a button on the bottom of the mouse.
4. Wireless, Noise-Canceling Headphones
Wireless, noise-canceling headphones are another staple every small business owner needs!
These will come in handy every time you need to take a client call, want to listen to business development podcasts, need some background music as you work in a busy coffee shop or airport, and more. I use and recommend the Apple AirPods Pro because they work seamlessly with my iPhone and MacBook Pro, but you could also consider the Jabra Elite 85T True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds as another great option for Android or PC users.
5. Vlogging Camera
If you’re shopping for a content creator, vlogger or YouTuber in your life, consider giving a digital camera as a gift.
For video creators, the Canon EOS M50 Vlogging Kit is considered the best all-around video camera, but you could consider the Sony Alpha a6400 or the Canon SL3. All of these cameras have exceptional video quality and are easy to use, meaning, you can put your camera on a tripod, tap your face to focus, hook up and turn on your mic input, start filming and produce a solid video!
If you decide to go with the Canon M50, you may want to consider investing in the Rode VideoMicro Compact On-Camera Microphone with Shock Mount for an added boost to your audio quality AND regardless of which camera you choose, you’ll also need an SD card like the SanDisk 128GB Extreme SD Card.
6. Tripod
Another brilliant idea is to purchase a sturdy tripod because tripods can make a huge difference in both photo and video quality business owners put out into the world.
I recommend the VICTIV 78″ Camera Tripod and Ball Head, but this only works with a camera. If you want to give them the ability to use the tripod with their cell phone, you’ll need to add this Vastar Cell Phone Mount Adapter or you could purchase this separate Multi-Purpose Cell Phone Tripod!
If you think they’d enjoy a portable, more flexible tripod, the Joby GorillaPod is also a best seller!
7. Microphones & Accessories
For online course creators, YouTubers, or podcasters in your life who need to produce high sound quality with their content, a microphone would make a great gift idea!
For a mic that can be clipped onto a shirt while filming a video, the PowerDeWise Lavalier Lapel Microphone or Rode SmartLav+ Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone are great options.
For a traditional microphone, the Audio-Technica ATR2001x Cardioid Dynamic Microphone is top-rated for beginners. I personally use this mic for all of my course videos and highly recommend it because it comes with its own table-top stand and cables that can plug into a computer (via USB) or mixer (via XLR). It’s also easy to travel with and doesn’t pick up too much room noise.
You can pair this gift with a Microphone Windscreen, Professional Microphone Pop Filter Shield, or Microphone Arm, Stand Boom Suspension Stand to complete the set!
8. Lighting Kits
A dimmable LED lighting kit is a unique gift idea for entrepreneurs who create content online (like social media influencers, bloggers, or YouTubers). These businesses depend on good lighting to produce beautiful photos and videos, so this would be both a useful and meaningful gift!
Large ring lights like the premier Diva Ring Light or the more budget-friendly Inkeltech Ring Light are the most popular type of lighting kits, but you could also go with a Studio Light Kit for a more flexible and softer lighting setup.
Word to the wise: If the person you’re shopping for wears glasses full time, I’d go with the studio light kit over the ring light because the ring light will reflect harshly in their glasses.
Some other budget-friendly options include the Desktop Selfie Dual Ring Light, perfect for the entrepreneur who is on a lot of video calls or films videos from their desk, or the Selfie Ring Light Phone Clip, perfect for the Instagram influencer who shoots a ton of IG stories or other video content from their phone.
9. Smart Watch
A smartwatch like the Series 6 Apple Watch or the Fitbit Sense would be an amazing gift for any business owner because it can help them improve so many different areas of their life! A smartwatch can help them keep track of their fitness goals, reply to messages, receive calls instantly, keep track of breaking news, weather alerts and so much more.
10. External Hard Drive
Any business owner and side-hustler who creates a lot of content will naturally have a lot of files they need to store safely and access at any time. That’s why an external hard drive like this LaCie Rugged 2TB Portable Hard Drive would make a great gift idea. This particular hard drive is considered “rugged” which means that it’s extra durable. If you’re shopping for someone who travels a lot or even moves between rooms while they’re working from home, this will be a godsend.
11. Tile Mate
This next gift idea is for the entrepreneur who constantly misplaces their things.
The Tile Mate Essentials Bluetooth Item Locator helps you keep track of their valuables like keys, remotes, bags, wallets, notebooks, and more. All you have to do is attach this little piece of technology to anything you want and use the app to find your things!
12. Bluetooth Speaker
A portable Bluetooth speaker like the Bose SoundLink Revolve with 360 Wireless Surround Sound is a fantastic gift idea for the entrepreneur who loves listening to music or audiobooks. They can listen while they’re working at their computer or chilling poolside on the weekend with their friends.
Another option is to get an Amazon Echo. While the Echo isn’t portable, it’s a smart speaker that connects to the internet and can control smart home gadgets, set timers, give weather reports, set reminders, add items to shopping lists, play music or audiobooks, and more.
13. Chargers
With all of the technology needed to run an online business, every entrepreneur could use charging cables & gadgets to extend the battery life on their phone or tablet! A gift like this Battery Charging Case for their iPhone, this Portable Charger for any device, or this Wireless Rose Gold Charging Pad would make for the perfect practical gift!
14. Electronics Organizer Case
If the entrepreneur in your life already has all of the tech gadgets, maybe this Bagsmart Electronic Organizer would better suit their needs. With this travel case, they can easily store their tech gear and gadgets like their hard drives, cords, cables, mouse, headphones, and more.
Books For Entrepreneurs
Have an entrepreneur friend who is a bookworm? Then any of these book gifts would be well received!
15. Monthly Subscriptions
For bookworms, audio-book lovers, and podcast junkies, an Audible Subscription or Kindle Unlimited Subscription is a gift that keeps on giving!
With the Audible Subscription, you can purchase a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month Audible subscription that gives them…
- A monthly credit to buy any title in the entire premium selection, regardless of price to keep forever.
- Access to the Audible Plus Catalog which includes thousands of Audible Originals, audiobooks, and podcasts.
- Exclusive discounts – Enjoy an additional 30% off other premium selection titles
This is perfect for the person who likes to listen, not read.
With the Kindle Unlimited Subscription, on the other hand, you can purchase a 6-month, 12-month, or 24-month subscription that gives them unlimited reading, current magazines, and unlimited audiobooks on any device. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to have a Kindle device to take advantage of this membership. Thanks to the free Kindle app available on iOS or Android, you can read anywhere, anytime.
There is always so much to learn as an entrepreneur, so this would be so practical and helpful long after the holiday or occasion worth celebrating is over!
16. Paperback & Hardcover Books
If you think they’d prefer a book they can hold in their hands, here are a few business-inspired books that every entrepreneur should read:
Building A StoryBrand by Donald Miller Topic: Marketing
Profit First by Mike Michalowicz Topic: Finances
Atomic Habits by James Clear – Topic: Habits
The 12 Week Year by Brian P. Moran – Topic: Productivity
Rework by Jason Fried & David Heinemeier Hansson – Topic: Productivity

All three are guaranteed to take their reading experience to the next level!
Gifts For Coffee-Lovers
If you’re shopping for a business owner whose love language is coffee, they will absolutely adore any of these coffee-themed gifts.
18. At-Home Coffee Maker
For the work-from-home business owners, a barista-quality coffee maker is a necessity! I personally use and love the Ninja Coffee Bar because it can brew a single cup of coffee, a travel mug, or an entire pot of coffee, it has a built-in frother to make specialty drinks and does NOT require expensive pods that can’t be recycled.
Alternatively, this top-rated Stainless Steel French Press Coffee Maker, Pour Over Coffee Maker, or Espresso Machine with Frother would be perfect for the coffee aficionado who wants to explore various brewing methods.
19. Coffee Mugs
Coffee mugs are always a classic gift idea. I highly recommend an insulated mug like this 20 oz. YETI Travel Tumbler or 10 oz. YETI Mug with Handle & Lid because it will keep their brewed coffee hot for hours. That’s right, you can end the cycle of microwaving your early morning coffee over and over again!
Although… insulated mugs just don’t have inspirational messages like the ceramic ones. If you want a mug that sends a positive message, here are some of my favorites:
20. Coffee Accessories
You could also get some accessories to support their coffee-drinking habit, such as…
Wellness Gifts For Entrepreneurs

21. Active Sitting + Standing
Many entrepreneurs sit WAAAAYYY too much these days. Why not encourage them to move throughout the day while they’re working on their computer with this Exerpeutic Folding Exercise Desk Bike? You could also spring for a standing desk like this Flexispot E5 3 Stages Electric Standing Desk and pair it with an Anti-Fatigue Balance Board, Under Desk Electric Treadmill, or Under Desk Elliptical Pedal Exerciser.
If the standing desk isn’t their thing, you could also invest in a Balance Ball Chair to help them with core stability and posture control while sitting down.
22. Posture Trainer
Speaking of posture, you could also give the Upright GO 2 Posture Trainer and Corrector as a one-of-a-kind gift.
This small but mighty tracker sticks to your back and monitors your posture on the Upright Go app for iOS or Android. It can help users develop a daily practice of posture awareness and correction and experience a significant improvement within just 2 weeks.

Another practical gift idea for an entrepreneur who sit a lot is this Papillon Back Massager with Heat. It can relieve muscle soreness and tension in the lower back, neck, legs, and feet whether they’re sitting at a desk chair, lounging on the couch or traveling on the road.
24. Kitchen Appliances For Healthy Living
For an entrepreneur who wants to prioritize a healthy diet even with a busy schedule, give them a Programmable Crockpot for healthy meals that can cook all day, an InstantPot for delicious meals in a snap, or a Personal Blender for nutritious smoothies, homemade dressings, and more.

Hanging planters like these Macrame Ceramic Hanging Planters or Set of 3 Modern Ceramic Wall Planters would encourage your favorite entrepreneur to care for a live plant indoors which can have numerous health benefits!
