Deciding To Hire Katy
What made you decide that it was time for a new website?
“Our website was so slow and build on a theme that wasn’t going to enable us to continue growing. But moving to something new was out of our comfort zone, so we decided to look for a professional. Plus, our website was confusing to our customers, which is never a great idea.”
How did you originally hear about Katy & her website design services?
We heard about Katy through our WordPress developer, Grayson Bell, at iMark Interactive.
Why did you choose to work with Katy over all of the other options?
“She came highly recommended, and then when we met with her, she was organized, professional, and made us feel confident she could get the job done. Plus, she asked such thoughtful questions and gave great suggestions during our initial meeting, I knew she would do a great job.”

What do you love most about the new website?
EVERYTHING. It’s clean, easy to navigate, has clear call-to-actions, highlights the important things we want to highlight, is beautiful, and is easy to use. There is nothing I don’t like. It’s amazing, and I can’t believe we get to have a website that is this beautiful.
How do you think the new website will impact/ improve your business?
“People will be able to find our content, our offerings, navigate to what they need, and understand our business so much better. I think any brand partners we may potentially work with will appreciate our professionally designed site. We finally look as professional as we are.”
As a result of your new website design, what transformation have you seen in your business, or what did you learn from working with Katy?

What was your favorite part about working together?
“She is so fast! And she does exactly what she says she’s going to do. After being disappointed in the past by a designer, working with Katy was such a dream.”
What surprised you most about your experience working with Katy?
“It was a lot of upfront work, but once the homework was done, she was able to just do her thing and make a beautiful, well-functioning site. I also will say I was surprised (in the best way) by her design ideas. She’s not just a designer! She knows the ins and outs of marketing and made sure we have the right copy, call-to-actions, images, and general flow to the site. She was a true partner on the site.”
If you were to talk about how you felt about your business and website before working with me, how would you compare the two?
Before: kind of embarrassed by our homemade website. Now: very happy to show it off to anyone and everyone.
What do you think about the overall value of the service compared to the investment you made?
It was so much more valuable than the cost. This was the best investment we have made this year, and I am so thankful we found Katy.
If you were talking to a business buddy or friend who was on the fence about hiring Katy, what advice would you give to him/her?
“I am so thankful that we hired Katy to help us re-design our website. She is truly excellent at what she does. Our website was ok but really holding us back from growing. Katy was able to listen to what we needed, make great suggestions, and create something so much better than I ever imagined. I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, I wish we would’ve found her a year ago, but I’m so happy we didn’t hesitate to work with her. I’m already thinking of ways I can work with her again. She’s really just that smart, professional, and all-around wonderful.”
